Steve Tanner – Put me on the road of daily exercise

Want to thank you for the core challenge. I did not finish in the regular way do to my but with Covid midway through. However once I recovered I did the workout through a modification of the workout. Your workouts are doable yet challenging which for me is a perfect mix. I noticed a difference after the 7th workout. My balance improved my posture was better. My strength and endurance in other activities improved such as golf and swimming. Since completion I have done something each day to strengthen my core. Whether it be planks (which I love) or the leg scissors knees to elbows. I loved when you would say thanks for showing up. After awhile I saw it to mean showing up for myself and investing in myself. I love your easy going way of presenting each session. You have put me on the road of daily exercise 15 to 20 minutes a day is great of you just keep showing up❤️
