Want to thank you for the core challenge. I did not finish in the regular way do to my but with Covid midway through. However once I recovered I did the workout through a modification of the workout. Your workouts are doable yet challenging which for me is a perfect mix. I noticed a difference after the 7th workout. My balance improved my posture was better. My strength and endurance in other activities improved such as golf and swimming. Since completion I have done something each day to strengthen my core. Whether it be planks (which I love) or the leg scissors knees to elbows. I loved when you would say thanks for showing up. After awhile I saw it to mean showing up for myself and investing in myself. Clem West – Improved my quality of life post transplant

Personal training from Ashleigh was a Christmas gift to me from my kids.  I am presently a 70+ year old man and a heart transplant recipient.  My kids were concerned that I really had no concept of an exercise program and wanted me to take better care of myself.  They purchased three months of sessions after researching options around us, and they selected Ashleigh.   I was skeptical of beginning an exercise program.   We spoke because Ashleigh did not wish to work with anyone who was being forced into a situation and reluctant to commit.  I agreed to commit for the period of training they purchased.  I had a damaged Achilles and was struggling with other medical conditions.
